BUDGET

Set a budget and give it some space for additional expenses (5-10% of the total job give or take) then create the scope of work needed.

FINDING PROFESSIONALS

Search for pros that are certified and licensed in the trade. Discuss with them on whether or not you might need a designer or architect.

FINALIZE DESIGN

Approve the layout and make final decisions with your designer. Get blueprints and start the hiring process, Start looking into permits and licensing (We will handle that if hired).

GET ESTIMATES

Get estimates from the potential contractors you found. Compare and contrast based on their quality and cost, pick the contractor that does the best work for the best price.

STARTING THE JOB AND BEING PREPARED

Demo will begin almost immediately so be prepared to lose the space being worked on for the duration of the project. Make sure to set up a temporary space to account for this.

PUNCH LIST AND FINISH

The job should be complete, go through the final walkthrough with your contractor. If every task is checked off and you've been billed correctly, it's time to enjoy you new remodeled space.
